Since I moved to FL from NY I've been searching for some good Jamaican food. Being Jamaican makes it that much harder but I think I may have found my new go to! I found this restaurant on uber eats. I ordered the oxtail with rice & peas, plantain & steamed veg with extra gravy. I love that extra gravy was an option with no additional charge! Whoever was pouring on the gravy deserves a raise! The serving size was decent but I do wish I could've gotten a few more pieces of oxtail because it was delicious! I'm glad to have found some good Jamaican food close by. Next time I'm in the mood I'll have to dine in so I can get the full experience!

My boyfriend and I came in after seeing such great reviews. I sampled the jerk chicken and it was so delicious, so we both got jerk chicken with rice and peas. We got a hefty amount. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. It tastes like they smoke the chicken and make their own home made sauces and seasonings - nothing out the package. We will be back often !

30/Nov/2024 , I went to get food for my wife and me at this restaurant in the Boynton Beach mall. We had always got from here after your church service. The food here very good and delicious. They give you a good amount of food for the money, they are little expensive, but you can eat maybe two or three days off one meal. The ambiance is very nice.

I come from a mixed Jamaican family, and this food is fireeeeee. There are so many flavors packed into these dishes. Compliments to the jamaican chef, out here making dreams come true. We were wowed by this food, mostly because this was in the Boynton Mall. But daaaaamn!!! Talk about flavor!!!! The food was fresh, just made at 11am. You can tell a lot of love went into this cooking. There was even jamaican music jamming loud in the back for the cooks to cook to. Everything we got was delicious. We are from yaaad and 10 out of 10, highly recommend. Ackee and Saltfish - straight perfection Jerk Pork - so damn delicious and juicy!!! FAVORITE Side of steamed cabbage - taste suh sweet Side of pumpkin/squash - simple and delish

Except for the fact that this "restaurant" is located in the food court of the Boynton Beach Mall, the food that we had from here was 5-star. I was going to the outlet Dillards store at the other end of the mall, when we decided to stop and get some lunch first. As we both love Caribbean/island food, I had bookmarked this location awhile back. At the time, I didn't realize it was in the mall. This, however, turned out to be very convenient for us this day. You can view the food and make your selections right in front of you. They had a number of favorite dishes. We both decided to get the smaller portion of brown stew chicken with peas and rice and plantains. Your entree comes with two sides of your choice (rice is considered one side). I also asked for extra gravy on the rice, so you'll note it is hard to see anything in my photo as it's covered with gravy. The chicken was oh so tender and fall off the bone (there are bones), the sauce was delicious with a very slight kick, and the peas and rice quite good. Even the plantains were sweetly caramelized. The meal is packed in a to go box as is the custom here. It felt like it weighted about 4 pounds, it was so heavy. I even questioned that this was the "small" size as it was bigger than expected. As it turned out, we both could only eat a small portion. We wound up bringing the balance home. He had his for dinner and I had mine for a lunch and a dinner the next day. Based on this meal, alone, I'd highly recommend if you like Jamaican food that you try them. In addition to the food being finger-licking scrumptious, the prices were quite reasonable and the portions large. We will certainly return if nearby.

My wife and I enjoyed a great meal, (two meals with our leftovers), at Yaadman Kitchen Jamaican Restaurant in the Boynton Beach Mall. We discussed the fact that even though it is not an independent brick and mortar restaurant, what we had was truly a five star meal. The menu choices include an option for Small or Large portions of your selection with accompanying sides. You get two sides with the Small and three sides with a Large, (two people could easily share a Large)! Prices are very reasonable and the amount and quality of food you receive is amazing. Finding a lunch of this caliber for under $30 (for two) is a great bargain! We both had a Small order of the Brown Stew Chicken with Peas and Rice, Plantains, and extra brown gravy. Each small box felt like 4lbs each as we carried them the table. The Chicken was well cooked, seasoned and tender. The Peas and Rice were traditional home cooked style. The plantains were soft and sweet. The Brown gravy was rich, savory and had tender slices of carrots, bell pepper and potatoes. We ate our fill at a table in the food court, and as mentioned earlier, had enough leftovers to take home for our dinner later that evening. The friendly and helpful service behind the counter was an added plus and a deciding factor in this Five Star review!

Tasty jerk chicken and plantains for a reasonable price! I wish they had their own place instead of being in a mall. But it was delicious, authentic, and the people who worked there were very friendly.

What a much needed delicious food option in the Boynton Beach mall food court! Don't be fooled by the location, this authentic Jamaican kitchen is far from ordinary! I first tried the soup of the day ( I go crazy for soup): different root vegetables and pumpkins in a creamy and very tasty broth! It was so delicious, I took one home! After I came back for more soup, I sampled the incredible jerk chicken with a side of vegetables that are not your average selection. So delicious!!! If you are looking for authentic Jamaican food, search no more, this is it. And prepared and served by the most genuine, nice and accommodating staff.
